  6. Pour half the batter into pan. Drop spoonfuls of melted white chocolate and raspberries.

  8. Bake 24–28 minutes, edges set and center moist.
  9. Cool 1 hour before cutting to keep swirls neat.
  10. Store refrigerated 3 days for best texture.
